Day 12 – At Sea

We were able to sleep in today as we had a day at sea. Worked out in the gym, edited pictures, Paul took a nap and we had our third formal night. Tonight was lobster night so we made sure we made it to the dining room. Nothing else much happened today, just a day to recoup.

We were sailing in the North Sea and fortunately things were pretty calm. We came within 3 nautical miles from an oil platform and I was able to get some pictures of that. It was burning off excess so had flames shooting from it.

Our last port of call will be tomorrow and it will be in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. They are saying our cloudy, rainy weather is going to be back. Today has been sunny but very windy and very cold.
